Kleen Screen is a patented, self-contained fryer oil filtration system that resides
in a drawer under the fryer. If you want to save and reuse your oil this system
is ideal for filtering out impurities and recycling the oil back into the fryer
with minimal handling and minimal risk of spillage.

choice. Disadvantage is that the temperature control isn't as precise as the
other options.
