Fryers

FAQ:
How do I choose what fryer and how many compartments I need?

Answer:
How many menu items need to be fried? You need a separate fryer compartment for EACH menu item

FAQ:
What is Kleen Screen and why do I need it?

Answer:
Kleen Screen is a patented, self-contained fryer oil filtration system that resides in a drawer under the fryer. If you want to save and reuse your oil this system is ideal for filtering out impurities and recycling the oil back into the fryer with minimal handling and minimal risk of spillage.

FAQ:
I want to filter and reuse my fryer oil. What's the best way to do that?

Answer:
Choose a Vulcan fryer with Kleen Screen filtering system

FAQ:
Can I "battery" Vulcan fryer units together?

Answer:

Yes. You can battery of up to six Vulcan fryer units together.

FAQ:
Which type of fryer controls should I choose?

Millivolt Controls-vs solid state vs computer control

Answer:
Millivolt is less expensive-if you fry very little, this may be the most economical choice. Disadvantage is that the temperature control isn't as precise as the other options.

Solid state: More precise temperature control.

Computer control: programmable and precise temperature control.
